How long does it take to process and ship my order?

It takes up to 7 days to process your order. For pre-orders time is calculated individually and you will see the information on the product page. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated time of delivery:
Germany: 2-3 business days.
Europe: 6-14 business days.
United States & Worldwide: 18-40 business days.

For pre-order campaigns delivery date might differ. Please see the main page for additional information on any pre-order campaign that is currently running.


I received a defect/wrong product. What should I do?

Please message me at aizelkonartstore@gmail.com, or use the contact form. In the message, please include the number of your order and describe your problem. 

Please don't use social media to message me about problems with your order since I might miss your message.

My tracking number is not working and\or my shipment status is not updating, what should I do?

It might take up to a week for the post office to register your parcel, especially if it's an oversea country. If the status is not updating for 10-14 days, you can message me via contact form and I will check the status of your parcel myself and try to solve this problem. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, shipments are done worldwide. 

What paper do you use?

Open Edition prints of all sizes are printed on Materica Gesso 250 g/m² paper or on SoftTouch Matte paper 300 g/m²
Limited Edition prints and selected A3 prints are printed with archival ink on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308 g/m².

What is the difference between LIMITED and OPEN editions?

OPEN EDITION prints are constantly on re-print. If they're sold out and there's still demand for them - they go back in print. They signed, but not numbered.

LIMITED EDITION is exactly what the name says - there's a limited number of prints available. Once they're sold out - gone forever. This kind of print will never again be printed on this kind of paper in this very format. Each print is personally signed and numbered by the artist. The artist reserves the right to re-print them at a different size or paper.

The print I want has sold out. Will it be back in the store again?

If it was a Limited Edition print - no. However, the artist reserves the right to reprint a painting at a different size or a different paper type. Subscribe to our mailing list to be the first to know about new releases.

What is the store's return and exchange policy?
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at aizelkonartstore@gmail.com and provide an original proof of complaint against the post office and photo of the damage. I will arrange a replacement for you and bear the cost of shipping.
If the product cannot be replaced due to it being a limited edition that has sold out or an original artwork, you will be refunded, minus shipping costs.
Otherwise, all sales are final and are not to be returned. However, if you have a special situation or request you can always reach out via e-mail and we will find the best solution together. 

My card got declined with the store's payment processor, but I really want the print. Are there are payment alternatives?

Some international banks might have restrictions or special local regulations, so same card types can't be processed. If you got an error when processing your order, but really want the print - send me an e-mail at aizelkonartstore@gmail.com and, if possible, I will arrange a personalized invoice for you via alternative payment methods.
