Packing Orders
The process of packing up an artwork is probably one of my favorite "off-screen" activities. It can be a whole ritual. Wrapping the print or an original art in protective paper, carefully choosing an envelope (I have several colored ones, so I choose it depending on the artwork), or rolling it into a scroll, then sealing it with a wax seal. All this is then inserted into a cardboard mailing envelope with a printed address and sent to the post office!
For environmental reasons (and, I won't lie, for aesthetics), I try to use a minimal amount of plastic in my packages, providing maximum protection for the artwork.
